Katrina: yet another Delay

Boy, you can't go one day without some ignorant cracker of a Republican politician making a fucktarded comment about the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. This evening's edition of "Oh No you didn't" features none other than House Ethics Disaster Tom DeLay (R-TX) who decided to have a nice, uplifting chat with three young boys on cots and asking
"Now tell me the truth boys, is this kind of fun?"
he then noted they're becoming quite famous - I supposed a suggestion they cash in on their 15 minutes because Tom Tancredo (R-CO), Dennis Hastert (R-IL) and 9 other Republicans were urging Congress not to send aid to the victims (the aid package was approved, but if the response to the initial disaster is an example of this administration handles emergencies, victims are SOL).

Previous episodes of "Oh no you didn't":
Side-bar to Dan Abrams: you wanted to know why the FEMA debit cards are only being given out to evacuees at the Astrodome (and possibly some other Texas locations) - I think I may have an answer for you.
