the prosecution complains the trial system is rigged in their favor. Two former members of the prosecution's team handling cases against Gitmo detainees levied allegations of ethics lapses and potential criminal actions. The government (that's be BushCo, who we all know can be trusted to be impartial and objective in reviews and to be honest in all it's dealings despite the number of administration members suspected of perjury, leaking classified information and forced appointments of people who lie suffer convenient lapses of memory about being questioned in ongoing investigations when completing questionairres for those government positions). The US "Screw Geneva Conventions" Government has dismissed the allegations as "much ado about nothing" (of course).
